  You can change the size and/or color of an item you purchased online at no additional cost within 20 days from delivery or from pick up in boutique    if available.

  To request the exchange, please fill out the Return Form and select the size and color you want to receive in exchange from the available options.

  You can also choose to exchange your return with a different item:

​

• If the item you select for the exchange costs less than the item(s) you are returning, the difference in price will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original order.

• If the item you selected for the exchange has the same price as the returned item, the new order will not require any additional payment. If it has a higher price, you will be requested to pay the difference at checkout.

  Prepare the package following the steps described in Shipping a return.

  Once we receive it, we will verify the items and ship the exchange to the original delivery address.

  Please note an item can only be exchanged once. If you prefer not to keep the item you received as an exchange, you can return it for a full refund.
