TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can check the status of your order and track the delivery at any time in the Follow My Order section, linked below. If you were logged in during the purchase, you will find the tracking information also in My Account.

 

Items may be shipped locally with UPS, or with DHL if they're stocked in our International warehouse. 

Please make sure someone is present at the shipping address to receive the package, as both couriers require the signature of an adult recipient (at least 21 years of age) to deliver the package.

If the courier is unable to deliver the order:

- UPS: the courier will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse for a refund.

- DHL: after 2 delivery attempts, the courier will notify our Customer Care and keep the package on hold until further notice. We suggest contacting our Customer Care as soon as possible if you realize you missed the delivery.
