You can request a return within 20 days from the date you received your order.

 

Please complete the Return Form to receive the instructions for return shipping.

If you prefer to return the items in a Valentino boutique, you do not need to fill out this form: you can bring them directly to the nearest boutique. Kindly verify that the items are in their original condition, with all tags still attached. For more information, please read our Return policy.

 

We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. Please note Customized products and Fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

You can find your Order Number in the confirmation emails you received, or in your account if you placed your order while logged in.
