SHIPPING A RETURN

To request your return, please fill out the Return Form within 20 days from delivery.

 

Prepare the package following these simple steps:

 

1. Prepare the items in the original order box or a similar, resistant box. Make sure they are exactly as you received them, including any accessories and dedicated packaging.

2. Attach the prepaid UPS return label you received with your order to the outside of the return box (please cover or remove any existing labels). If your order was delivered by DHL, or if you cannot find the return label, please contact us to receive a printable label.

3. Arrange free pick-up with UPS or leave the return at a designated drop-off location.
